Mr Herbert Adams truly is an Australian pie-oneer. Arriving from England in 1909, he opened bakeries in Prahran and Brunswick, introducing pies and cakes to a hungry young nation. By the 1970s Herbert Adams had 60 stores around the country. And not surprisingly, today Herbert Adams is as popular as ever.
