Working in the picturesque village of Boscastle in south-west England, Terry Cremean developed a passion for the local delicacy – Cornish Pasties. When he returned to Australia, he brought the village’s best-kept culinary secrets with him.
From those humble beginnings, Boscastle is now proudly produced in the Pie Bakery located in the town of Bairnsdale. The range has grown in popularity and prestige to include a wide range of beautifully flavoured gourmet pies, rolls and other pastries. 30 years (and one national pie championship) later, Boscastle’s success can be measured by the loyalty and passion of its customers and the respect it has earned from other food producers, connoisseurs and judges.
